My name is Liz Johnstone, born and bred in the Hunter, I am a dietitian with a health promotion background who became interested in natural health when I refused to believe there was no solution to my own health problems. I then trained to be a Medical Herbalist with renowned Hunter Herbalist Denis Stewart. I am fascinated by the chemistry of plants and the innate wisdom of traditional cultures in using particular plants for specific illnesses and my practice is very much influenced by both levels of knowledge. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their health goals. I have a special interest in digestive issues and fertility and am a member of the National Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), the governing body of herbalists in Australia.
